International Protection Office
The International Protection Office (IPO) is the office responsible for examining and processing applications for international protection.
The IPO has launched the International Protection Applicant Portal which provides applicants with 24-hour access to their application details, the ability to track the status of their application and the option to download their application form at any time.
Useful tips:
- When using the online portal, be sure to take note of your login details including your password.
- If emailing the IPO, be sure to read the auto-responses and double check that you’ve included all relevant information including case numbers.
